We make every effort to reply quickly and provide professional and personal service. Some things to keep in mind:
• Open a Support Ticket by completing the form below. Be as detailed as possible, use correct terminology, and describe any steps you took to resolve your issue.
• Please copy your Support Ticket Number, and use it in all your communications with the support team.
• Maintenance and Care Plan customers receive priority support.
• Support requests are addressed in the order in which they are received.
• Support messages are checked twice daily, Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and periodically on weekends as time allows.
• Technical fixes, questions, and minor edits are usually answered or completed within 24 hours, but more complicated support and feature requests can take longer.
